  • I’m a private chef and former restaurant owner, and I love supporting people with nourishing wholesome food. I offer my in-house meal-prep services to families and individuals in New York (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Riverdale Bronx, Long Island, Hamptons, and Westchester County), and prepare balanced, healing, and seasonal meals using clean unprocessed ingredients.

  • I guide my clients to help them make a healthy lifestyle easy, so they can never feel deprived of nutrition. Through my healing food, I help with health challenges such as indigestion, weight struggles, stomach issues, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, low energy, poor immune system, and more.

  • After working with me, my clients have shared that they feel a steady energy level, have glowing skin, are sick less often, and have a greatly improved mood and balanced emotions.

  • I use high-quality, organic, local, seasonal ingredients, which are rich in nutrition and life force energy.

  • I create custom menus for my clients, according to their needs and preferences. My specialties are vegan and vegetarian cuisines, pescatarian and poultry, as well as healthy local red meats.

  • Menus can be tailored to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities (i.e. gluten-free, dairy-free, low glycemic, soy-free, etc.)

  • It is my pleasure to help make your life easy, enjoyable, and harmonious, so you have more time for rest and relaxation, for doing things that inspire you, and more energy to take care of yourself, and your loved ones. I shop for all the necessary ingredients and leave your kitchen clean after I’m done cooking.

  • I offer consultations on diet adjustments using the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda* and its approach to nutrition.

  • I also offer in-home cooking classes where you will learn about simple cooking techniques & skills, and easy nourishing recipes.

  • Our digestive tract is governed by the fire element. Like fire transforms things in nature, digestive fire transforms food into nutrients which then nourish all organs and systems. Even if we put the healthiest superfoods into the body, but the digestive fire isn’t working well, we don’t receive the proper nutrition. As a result, illness happens and it can manifest anywhere in the body.  

  • I will guide you gently through adjusting your lifestyle and eating habits to support your digestion and gut health and create peace and balance around conscious eating.

  • I will also show you that healthy eating never has to be bland or boring. I create cuisine that truly celebrates life and the joy of eating. I offer high-quality meals featuring exciting combinations of whole foods prepared with vibrant spices that can transform energy levels and vitality and enhance mindfulness.
